Artist Statement
I believe that designer jewelry gives the wearer the freedom to express one's individuality, whether it be a private sentiment or an expression to share.
In my pieces, I like to incorporate colors of gems and minerals, textures, movement and flow. I may design a piece for a specific gemstone or multiple stones, or have the idea for a particular image and start with that first. My style is very sculptural, whether it be simplistic or organic. One of the best compliments I ever got at an art show, was that my designs were so "clean".
I like to say that as far as fashion goes, you decide what piece of jewelry you are wearing first, then accessorize!
In any situation, it is always a part of who you are, and I strive to find that for my clients.
